 DK Blast (HIIT)

Intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise with resistance exercises.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning training is central to success in all types of athletic performance. It involves the development of aspects of fitness such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and power. Whether amateur or complete rookie it’s essential to have good levels of strength and conditioning to help enhance and improve performance, or simply improve postural and functional strength.

Personal Training

One on one training involves exercise prescription and instruction. It helps motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients in terms of results. We also provide rehab and prehab one on ones which help those recovering from, or in the prevention of injury in sport or day to day life.
