DK Injury Clinic not only knew all there is to know but importantly for me understood my mind-set in wanting to get back to 100% as soon as possible. I trusted their advice even if it was something I didn’t necessarily want to hear! This was key to getting me back to full training when an injury first occurred.  Then by attending regularly I was able to keep on top of my training, keeping my body strong and healthy, to train more and recover faster.
